On April 26, Blue Wave submitted a plan review with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. The business will re-open in its previous beachfront location at 901 N Broadwalk.

President of the business, Susana Verges, submitted the plan review through Summg Successes, inc, the company behind the Blue Wave brand.

What Now connected with Verges’ daughter on Wednesday, who commented that they don’t have a firm opening date to announce as of now. However, she estimated that they would re-open in one-to-two months, depending on when the city of Hollywood grants them permits and licenses.

Before the fire in the beachfront building, Blue Wave was known for their delicious Argentinian food and drinks. The concept’s popularity sometimes resulted in celebrity appearances, like Dennis Rodman.
