Bonanzas Brand to Open First Brick-and-Mortar

The longtime food truck brand will offer steak, seafood, chicken, and more

Bonanzas Take-Out Restaurant will open in Miami Gardens this May. Bonanzas currently runs as a food truck, and the new location will be its first brick-and-mortar, opening at 17560 NW 27th Ave #113.

“Elegant Eatz, Inc. D.B.A. ‘Bonanzas’ Take-Out Restaurant is a premium fast-casual dining experience that offers a wide range of menu items for dine-in, take-out, and delivery,” a representative told What Now on Thursday. “Our menu features an extensive selection of steak, seafood, chicken, Alfredo pasta, sandwiches, platters, and desserts. All of our dishes are prepared with the finest ingredients and are made to order, ensuring the freshest and highest-quality experience.”

Customers will be able to order through the brand’s upcoming website, a mobile app, or in-store. Bonanzas will also service delivery orders.

“Our menu is designed to provide a range of options for everyone, including gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options.”

Located on Northwest 27th Avenue between Northwest 177th and 175th Streets, Bonanzas will join a culinary community that includes Ice Cream Heaven, Twisted Smoothie Express, and The Licking Miami Gardens.
