The franchise brand is known for Tex-Mex flavor profiles that are all chef-curated and made-to-order fresh from an innovative, scratch kitchen. In that spirit, the Capital Tacos team has carefully curated one such menu item specific to Miami and available only to customers in the area – the Wynwood Cubano Taco!

The Wynwood Cubano Taco consists of hand-pulled carnitas and sizzlin’ bacon, with house made pickles, garlic mayo, melty cheese, & Carolina Gold sauce. A take on a regional neighborhood favorite.

Locals can try the Wynwood Cubano Taco and the rest of the Capital Tacos menu by ordering for pickup or delivery through CapitalTacos.com or the Capital Tacos iOS app. Third-party delivery services like UberEats, DoorDash and Grubhub can also be utilized.

Capital Tacos’ first location is a digital kitchen, launched in partnership with CloudKitchens, located at 1900 NE Miami Ct, Unit K1. This is just the first step for Capital Tacos in the Miami market; food truck locations across the area will be announced in the coming months, as will brick-and-mortar locations.
