Carrot Express’s menu is loaded with healthy choices from All Day Breakfast and Avocado Toasts, to Açaí Bowls and Power Smoothies, to Power Bowls and Healthy Burgers.

Breakfast dishes include the Huevos Rancheros Burrito and the California Eggwich with avocado, feta, tomato, and arugula. The Wraps menu features varieties like the Legal (grilled chicken, brown rice, black beans, red peppers, chipotle sauce, jack cheese & pico de gallo) and Scottish Salmon with avocado, arugula, brown rice, cilantro, lime juice, pico, and roasted jalapeño aioli.

As you can maybe tell, this only scratches the surface of Carrot Express’s menu. You’ll also need to check out Power Bowls like the Poke Bowl, Mario’s Favorite Chicken Bowl, and the Pesto Chicken Bowl. And on the sweet side, try the Vegan Banana Bread or the thematically-appropriate Signature Carrot Cake.

What Now reached out on Wednesday to Carrot Express Managing Owner Abraham Chehebar to ask about the upcoming location. Chehebar was not immediately available for comment.
