With six locations currently in operation, Chef Creole is a growing restaurant chain from the culinary imagination of Chef Wilkinson Sejour. The chain already has a total of six locations in North Miami, Miami, Miami Gardens, and even the Miami International Airport (where it may well be one of a visitor’s first—or last—experiences in the area).

Now the restaurant has submitted paperwork for a seventh location, which would open at 12194 Northwest Seventh Ave in North Miami.

“Chef Wilkinson Sejour has grabbed his native Creole cuisine by the fishtail and created Island dishes for food connoisseurs,” says the Chef Creole About page. “Born in the Bahamas to Haitian parents, Wilkinson has taken the best of the Caribbean and added a Creole twist.”

The menu features entrees ranging from Fried Wings, to Oxtails, to Griot, to Creole Shrimp, bringing together flavors from Creole cooking and from Caribbean cuisine.
