The European style bakery, which was founded by Ioannis Sotiropoulous and Efthymios Palioura, celebrated its tenth anniversary last year. It currently has twelve locations in operation, and a new Fort Lauderdale outpost would make thirteen.
Crema Gourmet’s all-day breakfast menu features dishes like the Greek Omelette and Feta Cheese & Tomato Scrambled Eggs, plus handhelds like the Croissant Breakfast Sandwich, Avocado Toast, and Salmon Bagel. Smoothies come in flavors like Red White & Blue (coconut water, strawberry, banana, blueberry) and Greek Stallion (kale, spinach, dates, chia seeds, almond milk, banana, cashews, cinnamon, mountain honey.
More expansion is also on the horizon for the cafe brand, whose website shows future locations planned for Boca Raton, Lauderdale By the Sea, Dania Pointe, and Pembroke Gardens.
“Crema Gourmet Espresso Bar presents a menu that blends gourmet café charm with culinary innovation,” says the brand’s website. “Our all-day breakfast offers European-inspired selections, catering to both the health-conscious and those seeking indulgence.”
On the lunch side are more handhelds like the Prosciutto sandwich served on a baguette with mozzarella cheese, roasted red peppers, arugula, and balsamic vinaigrette, plus a selection of salads, bowls, and penne pasta dishes.
