“Cucina Moderna is the only place where you can find an Italian restaurant that serves the best pizza, salads, and seafood in the city,” reads the About page on the brand’s website. “We take great pride in our diverse menu that caters to any taste.”

The Lake Worth Cucina Moderna’s menu opens with Starters like Homemade Arancini and Mussels Pomodoro. Brick Oven Pizzas come in varieties like Margherita, Rugoia & Prosciutto, and Buffalo Chicken, along with a build-your-own option. House Specialties include Chicken Valdastana with prosciutto, provolone, marsala, mushrooms, and parmigiana rosemary roasted potatoes; Traditional Chicken Parmigiana; and Surf & Turf, with a filet mignon, wild shrimp, creamy marsala demi glaze, and truffle fries.

The location on the northwest corner of the Red-Miramar intersection is part of a cluster of food and drink spots, including Huey Magoo’s Chicken Tenders, World of Beer, and Five Guys.

What Now reached out to owner Chris Vingiano on Friday. Vingiano was not immediately available for comment on the upcoming location.
