The unit, which is located at 280 Linton Blvd, neighbors other fast food joints like Kentucky Fried Chicken, Taco Bell and Wendy’s and is just down the road from the beach.

Polk reports that they are currently in permitting for this location, and they expect to commence the remodel in October. Once they begin, the Arby’s will be closed between six and eight weeks.

A completely new lobby is in store for the restaurant, along with updated color schemes and more inviting menu boards. Polk reports that the current store has an outdated, 1980’s “Miami Vice” look with aqua-greens and pinks.
