These restaurants were previously under the culinary influence of acclaimed chef, author, television personality, YouTube host and restaurateur Chef Adrianne. Chef Adrianne has stepped away from the restaurant and is no longer associated with it as of July 2, the date that renovations will start. On the restaurant’s website, she says that “It has been a privilege and an honor to be afforded the opportunity of delivering wonderful experiences and memories to our guests.”

Forte is closed for renovations as of July 2 but is expected to open for customers in October under a new name. According to a Miami New Times article, “Arpaia says a new name has yet to be chosen but that the restaurant will be rooted in traditional Italian cuisine that reflects seasonality and coastal fare influenced by the Iberian peninsula.”

Redfish Grill will also open under a new name and with a new menu. The menu will mix together seafood elements with Italian cuisine. There is no specific date for the opening of Redfish Grill, but it is currently estimated to happen in 2023. According to their Facebook, Baretto Hospitality will continue to operate these two locations under new culinary direction with new concepts and management.” What Now Miami reached out and made contact with Donatella but she was not immediately available for comment.
