With locations in Sunrise, Coral Springs, Boca Raton, and Pembroke Pines, Embarcadero 41 is continuing to expand its footprint in the South Florida market. The restaurant is currently in the process of bring its Peruvian Fusion and Nikkei Cuisine to a fifth location, this time in Fort Lauderdale, at 350 SE Second St.

The menu in Sunrise opens with impress appetizers like Pulpo Anticuchero (octopus marinated in our secret and famous “anticuchera” sauce, accompanied with Peruvian crispy corn and yellow potato) and Taco Sake & Tuna Nikkei (crispy tacos with salmon and tuna tartare in acevichada sauce, ‘guacamole,’ tobiko caviar and caramelized scallions on top).
From there follow Tiraditos and Ceviches, Maki rolls, and E41 Classics like Pescado Con Camarones en Salsa Oriental (Corvina fillet and sautéed shrimps in our secret oyster sauce accompanied by oriental vegetables) and Tacu Tacu con Lomo Saltado (‘atamalado’ rice with canary beans and our traditional ‘Lomo Saltado,’ beef tenderloin cut into dices with tomatoes and onions flambé with pisco and soy sauce).
Opening on Second Street alongside Las Olas Boulevard, Embarcadero 41 will join a restaurant community that includes concepts like Fogo de Chão, Java & Jam, and YOLO Restaurant.
