Fresh Coconut and Smoothies, the aptly named food truck offering smoothies and fresh coconut, looks to be preparing a permanent, brick-and-mortar home for itself in Lauderdale-By-The-Sea.
Fresh Coconut and Smoothies LLC submitted plan review paperwork to open at 211 Commercial Blvd. Additionally, video on the Fresh Coconut Tiktok feed shows work being done the location.
What Now reached out on Friday to owner Christopher Stewart to inquire about plans for the new Fresh Coconut store. Stewart was not immediately available to share details on the location’s opening timeline or what its anticipated menu offerings are as it enters the brick-and-mortar space.
Launching in the 211 Commercial Blvd space, Fresh Coconut would join a food and drink community that includes restaurants like Pan’e Dolci, Umai305, Diner By-The-Sea, and DelacaSeas Cafe.
