The Fresh Kitchen menu offers food that is 100% Gluten-Free with no processed sugars, offering antibiotic-free and hormone-free meats along with plant-based options. Its bowls come with proteins like Grilled Citrus Chicken, Almond Baked Chicken, Herb Grilled Steak, Chilled Caprese Tofu, and more, and they can be topped with sauces like Creamy White Ginger, Herb Balsamic Vinaigrette, and Housemade Sriracha.

“Fresh Kitchen was created with a big idea – Every ingredient will be made FRESH in our KITCHEN,” says the Fresh Kitchen website. “But that was too many words for a sign, so ‘Fresh Kitchen’ was born. We believe that high-quality, healthy food can be fast, fresh, and FUN.”

The new Fresh Kitchen will open in Country Isles Plaza, a shopping center situated on the northwest corner of Indian Trace and Southwest 160th Avenue. There, it will join restaurants like Einstein Bros. Bagels, Raw Juce, and Angelo Elia Pizza, Bar, Tapas.
