Gregory’s to Open with Greek Cuisine in West Palm Beach

Downtown West Palm Beach will soon be home to new restaurant serving what the South Florida Sun-Sentinel calls “Miami-chic Greek Eats.” Gregory’s, brought into being by co-owners Max Ricci and Michael Katzenburg, will offer “coastal Greek and Mediterranean,” opening this summer at 5700 S Dixie Highway.

Gregory’s is said to be a sister concept to Ricci’s Mandolin Aegean Bistro. Mandolin serves up Aegean-style entrees like Beef Souvlaki and Chicken Kebab with Orzo Pilaf and Maroulosalata, plus sandwiches like the Grilled Catch of the Day and the Spicy Mandolin Kebab. No information is out yet on Gregory’s menu and how it will different from that of its sister concept.

What Now reached out to Ricci and another representative of Gregory’s this week to inquire about the upcoming Greek restaurant and is awaiting comment.

The South Dixie Highway location is situated on the southeastern corner of the intersection with Potter Road. Across Dixie Highway are eateries like Pizza de Roma, Taste of Europe Deli, and Earth and Sugar.
