The new location will be at 6471 NW 7th Avenue, which is roughly a mile from the original unit further south of 7th Avenue. Vandyke cited that they are moving because the newer location will be much bigger than the original. However, they will still run the first location, but it will not offer dine-in services once the new unit opens.

Vandyke doesn’t have an opening date to share yet, but she hopes that it will be soon. As of now, they are waiting for the city to do inspections and finalize their approval of the space.

The brand has been known for their authentic soul food since 2018, when Vandyke found the company with her husband, Eric. Since its inception, the brand has garnered a loyal customer base in the Miami area. Now, they are establishing a second location soon.
