Expect to find the second outfit at 8163 NE 2nd Avenue. At this busy location, you will find the bakery neighboring Tran A, La Santa Taquería and Pasta Market. The new unit will be about three and a half miles from the existing one further south on 2nd Avenue.

Di Persia said that the new location will have an expanded menu due to a larger kitchen space. Other than that, it will remain similar to the first unit.

According to the DBPR, a plan review was initiated by the brand on May 18. Amidst their build-out and readying of the space, Di Persia estimates a mid-June opening for the bakery.

The brand, which has been open since 1990, serves fresh baked cakes, croissants, focaccias and serves coffee and espresso as well.
