The restaurant is owned by couple Alfonso and Karin Tangherlini, along with three other business partners. The couple is making their debut in the Miami area with Inca Grill.

Tangherlini confirmed that they will appear in an entirely new construction, and building has just begun. If all goes according to plan, he expects to open in September.

Per the name, the restaurant will serve Peruvian dishes, and they have brought on a chef with 30 years of experience cooking the cuisine.

The eatery will appear near other restaurants like Sushi Sake, Hammocks Grill and Soca Bakery & Café.  Because the construction is new and has not been completed, the address does not lead to an exact location, but it appears the restaurant will appear near the Suntrust Bank at 14695 SW 104th Street.
