Behind the project is Gaval Hospitality LLC. What Now reached out to a representative of Gaval Hospitality on Wednesday for comment on the project. The representative said the restaurant would serve Mexican food, and that for the moment no information is available on an opening date. The representative declined to comment further at this time.

Accordingly, further details on the Koko brand, its operating hours, and its menu are unavailable for now.

The location on Tigertail Avenue is situated on the southeast corner of the intersection with Mary Street, across Cornelia Drive from hotels The Malone and the Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove. Other food and drink spots located nearby include Aida Mexican Seafood, Sadelle’s, Blonde Bistro, and Bombay Darbar Indian Restaurant, among others.

Stay tuned for updates as more information becomes available about Koko.
