Located at 121 Alhambra Plaza, Alhambra Towers is “the most distinctive building in Coral Gables, Florida…” located “in the heart of Miami’s most historic and sophisticated neighborhood with proximity to the city’s renowned business, entertainment, and shopping districts.”
The sixteen-floor building underwent renovations back in 2022 and now boasts 174,000 square feet of office space and 17,000 square feet of food and beverage space, according to its website.
Now, the building will be adding a new steakhouse to its food and beverage roster, as a recent plan review submitted by 130 Grados Miami LLC shows Ro Steakhouse opening in Suite 110 at the Alhambra Towers address.
The new steakhouse’s website is live, currently showing a short, moody video depicting flames, meat cooking on a grill, vegetables cooking in a pan, and other details, along with the following message:
“A ritual over stone, wood, fire and metal.”
