The plan review was submitted by Bella Vita Tapas y Vino LLC, behind which are owners Yusleiby Herrera and Rulys Valdes Perez. What Now reached out to Valdes Perez this week to inquire about Bella Vita’s small-plates menu offerings. The business owner was not immediately available for comment.

It’s unknown when the new concept would open its doors, but its name tells plenty about what to expect from its menu. We can count on a small plates menu and an emphasis on wines.

Until more information is revealed, we’ll just have to stay tuned.

Opening on Palm between Fourth and Fifth, Bella Vita would join a retail and culinary community that includes Goodwill and Tienda De Ropa, plus eateries like Paraiso Tropical and International Bakery & Cafeteria.
