“We’re always looking for opportunities to bring our passion for great hospitality, food and wine to new place,” Na’Lasia Hinson, a representative of the company, told What Now on Tuesday.

The Fort Lauderdale location will offer a menu familiar to anyone who knows North Italia. The Miami location’s current dinner menu features Chef’s Boards, Small Plates like Wild Shrimp Scampi and Burrata di Stagione, and a selection of salads. Pizza varieties include Cacio E Pepe, Prosciutto, and Spicy Meatball, plus a chef’s-choice Daily Pizza, which varies by location. On top of all this are pasta dishes like Spicy Rigatoni Vodka and Strozzapreti.

“All 33 of our locations recently rolled out a seasonal menu change, featuring ingredients like squash, apples, and figs,” Hinson said. “We also added some delicious new dishes to the menu including a savory Roasted Porchetta, and sweet Cannoli French Toast, which is a play on a popular Italian dessert.”

How’s the future looking for North Italia?

“We’re so excited for the future,” said Hinson. “We’ve had an opportunity to expand to new markets this year, and give their communities a taste of North hospitality, and it was so well received. We’re excited to continue to grow and impact local communities by bringing a new way to dine to their local neighborhoods.”

What Now also contacted Division Vice President Joe Hyslop. Hyslop declined to comment on the news.

No opening date has been announced for the Fort Lauderdale location, but in the meantime you can enjoy North Italia’s generous selection of Italian cuisine at the Dadeland and Miami locations.

“Grab your friends and family and gather at North this Holiday season,” added Hinson. “We are also running a Holiday gift card offer. Now through December 31, when you buy $100 worth of North gift cards, we’ll gift you a $20 bonus card redeemable through 1/31/23. It’s the perfect way to treat friends or family, and treat yourself to your North favorites.”
