“Pilar is an exquisite upscale coffee bar that delights discerning coffee enthusiasts,” says the Pilar website. “Our chic ambiance, decadent dining options, and signature iced treats, including liquor-infused delights, offer a taste of luxury like no other.”

In addition to its Decadent Desserts, Iced Treats, and Liquor-Infused Ice Treats, the food menu will include healthy breakfast choices, sandwiches, quiches, croissants, and other baked goods. There will be hot, cold, and cold brew coffee, along with a selection of classic espresso drinks and brewed teas.

Opening in The Cove, Pilar will join restaurants like mama Yatai Mochi Donuts, St. Pat’s Irish Pub, The Sticky Bun, and Casa Maya Grill.

What Now reached out to co-owner Delia Valles on Wednesday to inquire about plans for the opening. Valles declined to make any immediate comment on Pilar.
