The first to appear will be Toku Modern Asian, and it is expected in Aventura Mall, according to plan review filings with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. The concept has its origins in Manhasset, New York. Gillis Poll shared with What Now that they are seeking to open this fall. An exact date is unknown.

Bryant & Cooper Steakhouse is the next concept planned for south Florida. According to Poll, this will appear in the Bal Harbor Shops mall. Poll stated that over the next couple of years, the mall is planned to expand, and Bryant & Cooper will open in that expansion sometime in 2024. The original Bryant & Cooper Steakhouse is also located up north in Roslyn, New York.

The brothers will be opening a brand-new concept as well. Little is known other than it will be a Greek seafood establishment. It will also appear in the Bal Harbor Shops mall. Poll didn’t have any other details to share.

More information about each of the concepts can be found at the Poll Restaurants website.
