Prolific Restaurant Group Opening New Concept in Brickell

Michelin starred restaurateurs seeking to staff a new location.

Dirty French, a concept with origins in New York from Major Food Group, is gearing up to open soon. Based out of New York City, Major Food Group boasts a laundry list of accolades, including three Michelin Stars.

According to a job listing on Craigslist, it seems that the new location will be at 1200 Brickell Avenue. They are currently are hosting an open house for recruiting staff. 

As described in the listing, Dirty French is a fine dining steakhouse. The New York outpost is known for its French inspired cuisine, and it is unknown how closely the Miami location will follow this example. 

Major Food Group also operates the popular Italian restaurant CARBONE in Miami. The group has several concepts placed throughout the world: Tel Aviv, Paris, Hong Kong and numerous major American cities. Some of the restaurants they’ve created are: Sadelle’s, The Grill and ZZ’s Clam Bar, among others. 

An exact opening date is unknown at this time. What Now Miami reached out to managing partner of Major Food Group Jeff Zalaznick, but has yet to hear back.
