With five locations in the Miami area, Night Owl Cookies offers indulgent cookies all afternoon and into the night, serving up classic Chocolate Chip cookies alongside more elaborate varieties like the Ave Maria (Guava cookie dough mixed with white chocolate chips, topped with Maria cookie crumbles, guava chunks, and finished with a cream cheese frosting drizzle).

As if that doesn’t sound good enough, the team behind Night Owl has just launched a brand new concept, Rolled, on Southwest Eighth Street in Miami, with a focus on rolls (think cinnamon rolls, but don’t expect to always see cinnamon) and coffee.

“I founded Night Owl Cookies when I was 20, almost ten years ago,” owner Andrew Gonzalez said in coverage published today by Eater Miami, referring to Rolled as the “complete opposite of a nighttime cookie concept.”

Flavors mentioned in the Eater coverage include Tres Leches, Funfetti Cake, and Guava and Cheese, plus a cookie-dough roll in honor of Night Owl Cookies. There is also a broad selection of locally roasted coffees.

You can check out Rolled’s tasty menu at 10524 SW Eighth St. They’re open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
