A new smash burger spot is opening in Midtown. A plan review was submitted for a restaurant called Smash Bros Burgers & Shakes, opening at 2925 Biscayne Boulevard, between Northeast 29th and 30th Streets.
The new concept has already created an Instagram page, although no posts have yet been uploaded. The restaurant’s bio includes the address given in the plan review documents, as well as a description of its food offerings and brand:
“Relive those childhood memories with our smash burgers & shakes! Made with 100% grass-fed beef & fries cooked in grass-fed beef tallow, baby!”
What Now reached out to a representative of Smash Bros Burgers on Wednesday to ask about plans for the opening. The representative declined to make any immediate comment about Smash Bros, but What Now is awaiting more information.
Opening in the Biscayne Boulevard location, Smash Bros Burgers & Shakes will join a building that houses restaurants like Vale Crepas, Sabor A Peru En Miami, Jimmy John’s, and Crisppi’s.
