According to a plan review filed with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, the location of the store will be 10261 Pines Boulevard, in Pembroke Place shopping center. Russo’s business will neighbor several other eateries in the complex: The Juicy Crab Seafood, Aunt I’s Jamaican and Applebee’s Grill + Bar.

At this time, an exact opening date is unknown. However, Russo estimates that it will be sometime in about four months.

The brand is known throughout their several Miami-area locations for their health-centric menus, which offer fresh smoothies, wraps, salads and breakfast fare.

Across Pines Boulevard, Russo and his team will face some competition from the nearby Smoothie King. However, it seems that Russo and the brand will have a leg up, considering their healthy food offerings.
