Popular Italian restaurant Strada in the Grove is preparing for a reopening after renovations. A plan review submitted by Dizio LLC shows work planned on Commodore Plaza, where, according to the restaurant’s website Strada is “currently remodeling and working hard to reopen at our new and improved location.”
Strada in the Grove is a reliable choice for Italian classics like pizza and pasta dishes, Happy Hour specials, Lunch Pagnottelis, wine by the glass, cocktails and more.
“Strada in the Grove is a corner of Coconut Grove where customers will experience authentic old world flavors and traditions, while merging themselves in a vintage yet contemporary ambiance,” the website says. “Our concept blends classic Italian food with regional recipes.”
What Now reached out to representatives of Strada in the Grove on Wednesday to inquire about plans for the reopening, and about the details of the newly revamped restaurant space. Representatives were not immediately available for comment.
As part of the thriving Coconut Grove community, Strada in the Grove rejoins restaurants like LoKal, Minty Z Dim Sum & Pan Asian, The Last Carrot, Bar Taco, and more.
