Tropical Smoothie Cafe to Open Near the Airport

On the southeast corner of NW 57th Ave. and Blue Lagoon Dr., just south of the Miami International Airport, Tropical Smoothie Cafe is gearing up to open its third location in Miami.

What Now confirmed news with franchisee Howard Raphael this morning.

“It’s a better-for-you food offering, with a diverse menu that fits a lot of different palettes,” Raphael said of Tropical Smoothie Cafe and its versatile menu of made-to-order beverages healthy eats. Raphael was recognized last year as one of the brand’s leading franchisees. “We’re looking forward to opening.”

Guests at Tropical Smoothie Cafe can spring for slightly more indulgent Tropical Treats like the Peanut Butter Cup (peanut butter, banana & chocolate) or load up on Super Veggies like the Detox Island Green (spinach, kale, mango, pineapple, banana & fresh ginger). Somewhere in between lie Fruit Blends like the Blimey Limey, with strawberries, pineapple, orange juice, and lime, and nutrient-heavy Balanced Fusions like the Triple Berry Oat (strawberries, blueberries, cranberry, multivitamin, ground flaxseed, whole-grain oats, whey protein & Splenda®).

The menu also features light eats, including selections of flatbreads, wraps, sandwiches, and salads.

No opening date has been announced yet for the upcoming Tropical Smoothie Cafe location.
