A new 3-story project bringing together a nightclub, event space, venue, and rooftop is opening in Miami’s Design District before the end of this year. Plan review paperwork was submitted for Furia Miami, the new night club, opening at 31 NW 36th St.
“It’s going to be a bar and night life spot, with cocktails and some finger bites and other floors,” a representative told What Now on Wednesday.
“The building has three floors, so it’s going to be live music on the rooftop, a venue and even space on the second floor, and Furia at ground level.”
Each of the space’s three floors comprises about 6,000 square feet. Opening at the corner of Northwest 36th Street and North Miami Avenue, it will join a hospitality community that includes The Sylvester, Society BBQ, and Tostado Cafe.
