Founded in Boca Raton, Tucci’s Fire N Coal Pizza offers wood-fired pizza, with an understanding that “the char is flavor.” Tucci’s is preparing to expand to a second location in Boca Raton, this time at 341 Yamato Road, in the space formerly occupied by Seafood Street Eatery, according to coverage in the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.

What Now confirmed the news with co-owner Alberto Aletto on Monday. Aletto said the location could be expected to open sometime in Q1 of 2023.

Cooked at 750 degrees, Tucci’s pizzas come in varieties like Eggplant, D’avanzo (with chicken, red peppers, pesto, mozzarella, and tomato sauce), and The Chump (5-cheese white pizza with meatballs, pepperoni, basil, and sauce for dipping). The menu also features appetizers like meatballs, wings, and Eggplant Rollatini, plus a selection of pastas and salads.

The Yamato Road location is situated not far west of the intersection with South Federal Highway, across Yamato from Checkers. Other eateries to be found nearby include Amitie Cafe, Pavilion Grille, and Krystal International Cuisine.
