Two Isla & Co. Locations Make Way to South Florida

New York concept will open the locations by June 2022.

According to the Instagram page, Isla & Co. is planning two new outfits in and near the Miami area. We can expect to see the first unit operating sometime in April 2022 at 1401 Clare Avenue in West Palm Beach. The other location is estimated to open by June 2022 at 301 21st Street in Miami Beach.

New York-based Parched Hospitality Group owns Isla & Co, along with six other brands: Hole in the Wall, The Sentry, Daintree, Isla and Ghost Burger. While most of the concepts are located in New York, Isla & Co. is expanding is southern footprint, bringing units to Florida and Georgia. 

The Isla & Co. concept is centered around bringing a diverse and elevated environment to its guests in an approachable way. According to the website: “Serving speciality [sic] coffee and brunch dishes inspired by Australian coastal towns by day and a cocktail driven dinner destination by night, Isla & Co. also draws influences from Europe and South East Asia.” 

The brand is spearheaded by Executive Chef Matt Foley, who joined Parched Hospitality Group in 2021.
