Known for its “fresh, health-conscious cuisine,” as co-founder Hess Musallet described it in coverage by the South Florida Sun-Sentinel last year, Field of Greens has expanded to a network of six locations. Now, the healthy chain, which Musallet owns in partnership with Myron Miller, is preparing to relocate its Palm Beach location, currently open at 261 Royal Poinciana Way, up the street to 253A Royal Poinciana Way.

The Palm Beach Daily News reported on a Town Council meeting to approve the move, which required a special exception allowing the restaurant to use a retail space with no on-site parking.

“The town last year approved adding a second-floor apartment above the first story at Field of Greens’ current location at 261 Royal Poinciana Way,” the coverage says. “The expected construction for that project prompted Field of Greens to look for a new spot nearby, an agent for the company told the council in February.”

Though the coverage did not say when the move could be expected to happen, it does appear to be going forward, as What Now recently found a submitted plan review for a Field of Greens location at 253A Royal Poinciana Way.

The Field of Greens menu features salads, sandwiches, plant-based protein shakes, and acai bowls. There’s also a breakfast menu, featuring choice like the Power Bagel (Egg whites, roasted turkey, Swiss cheese, scooped and toasted multigrain bagel, side of sriracha).

What Now reached out to Hess Musallet on Friday to inquire about the timeline for the move. Musallet was not immediately available for comment.
