NYC-based fast-casual restaurant chain, Just Salad is celebrating the grand opening of its new sustainable restaurant concept in Miami next week. Located at 800 Brickell Ave, Suite 100(1), the restaurant’s soft opening took place on January 24, marking Just Salad’s 11th location in South Florida and 15th overall in the state. Designed with sustainability at the forefront, this new restaurant seamlessly merges eco-conscious dining and design into a first-of-its-kind fast-casual experience.
Driven by a mission to make zero-waste dining accessible and convenient, Just Salad’s new Brickell location will combine the brand’s climate-forward programs and menu offerings with next-generation design innovation, with a collection of eco-friendly interior highlights. The store includes climate-responsible products developed using practices that protect the planet, chairs made from 75% waste polypropylene + 15% reclaimed wood, eco-friendly real moss accents, receptacles made using recycled steel drums, and a library wall with used books sourced from Books by the Foot. Additionally, this 2,114 sq ft location is open and quite spacious, featuring a large-scale mural designed specifically for the Brickell market that showcases the chain’s signature Reusable Bowl.
Just Salad is excited to bring its mission of everyday health and sustainability to the Brickell community. Guests will be able to choose from over 15 chef-designed salads, wraps, warm bowls, avocado toast, soups and smoothies when visiting the new store. With Just Salad’s Reusable Bowl Program, Brickell residents are invited to join the company’s effort to reduce waste and greenhouse gas emissions by purchasing a bowl for $1 and will receive a free salad topping with every reuse. To further incentivize healthy, climate-conscious food choices, Just Salad will be offering the following in-store promotions over the next several weeks as part of its Brickell Grand Opening celebration:
- $5 Meal Days: Customers who order in-store on February 23 (from 11:30am – 2:30pm and 5pm – 8pm), as well as February 24 and February 25 (all day long) will receive a discounted $5 meal.
- Community Workers Day: Just Salad will offer $5 meals for Community Workers who purchase meals in-store on Tuesday, February 28.
- VIP Bowl Day: Just Salad will offer $5 meals for Reusable Bowl customers who purchase meals in-store on Friday, March 3.
