“The project is set to be completed around August 2025,” co-founder and COO Tommaso Bulfon told What Now on Wednesday. “The bakery will open around then.”

Bulfon says the location at The Standard will serve the same popular cafe menu, featuring focaccias, pizzas, and sandwiches like the signature King Rosetta (filled with Prosciutto di Parma, arugula, Swiss cheese and cherry tomatoes, or Italian cooked ham, lettuce)—plus the selection of sweets and cakes.

The restaurant will offer some exciting new features, Bulfon said.

“We adapted the design a little bit to merge more into the Standard design. And in the back, what’s going to be really new is that we will have a hidden speakeasy bar.”

The First Avenue location is located near the Shops at Midtown Miami, itself home to a thriving food and beverage community, with restaurants like Negroni Bistro & Sushi Bar and La Belle Liégeoise.
