The retail and restaurant community located on Coral Way between Galiano Street and Douglas Road in Coral Gables will soon welcome a new bakery into the mix. Plan review paperwork submitted by Sansa Bakery LLC shows Sansa Bakery opening at 72 Miracle Mile.
Behind Sansa Bakery LLC is owner Julian Sanz. What Now reached out to Sanz on Tuesday to inquire about plans for Sansa Bakery. Sanz confirmed news of the opening but declined to make any other immediate comment.
This leaves us guessing for the moment regarding the details of Sansa Bakery’s food and drink offerings. What Now is awaiting more information, however, so stay tuned for a possible update in the future as more details become available.
Opening in the 72 Miracle Mile space, Sansa Bakery will join a food and drink community that includes brands like Motek, Capital One Cafe, Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar, and Stephanie’s Crepes.
