“For over 45 years, The Melting Pot has defined the fondue experience niche across the American dining scene and now looks forward to continued domestic success as well as continued international expansion,” says the chain’s website. The growth is now continuing in South Florida, where there are already several Melting Pot locations in operation, including in Boca Raton and in Coral Springs.

In addition to its a la carte menu, The Melting Pot offers four-course dinners for two, opening with a choice of cheese fondue. Served with artisan breads and seasonal fruits and veggies, cheese fondues include Wisconsin Cheddar (Aged Cheddar, Emmenthaler, Sam Adams Boston Lager, Garlic, Spices) and French Onion Gruyère (Gruyère, Raclette, Fontina, Beef Broth, Caramelized Onions).

Next comes a choice of two salads, an entrée like Land and Sea (Garlic Pepper Steak, Herb-Crusted Chicken Breast, Shrimp, Atlantic Salmon), and finally, one of several varieties of chocolate fondue. These last include flavor profiles like Flaming Turtle, Bananas Foster, and Pure Chocolate.

What Now reached out on Friday to Dan Stone, Chief Operating and Development Officer at Front Burner Brands, which operates Melting Pot. Stone was not immediately available for comment.
