Anatomy, a health and wellness brand, announced the late 2023 opening of its brand-new flagship Miami Beach location at 1212 Lincoln Road. Building on the reception to Anatomy’s original location at 1220 20th Street, the brand will be making a transition to a one-of-a-kind space, just a few blocks South. The new location comprises approximately 18,000 square feet of indoor space and another 8,000 square feet of outdoor space, making this Anatomy’s largest facility to date, and the only club of its kind in South Florida. Eager to continue providing a next-level fitness experience for Anatomy’s growing community, the relocation will take place in late 2023.

“The Anatomy team is eager and excited to introduce this new chapter of Anatomy’s evolution within our flagship Miami Beach neighborhood,” said the Anatomy Team in a statement. “We are grateful to our team and the community for embracing Anatomy with such passion since we opened our first location in 2014. We are endlessly committed to growing with the needs of our Anatomy family and look forward to welcoming new and existing members to this grand fitness destination.”

Anatomy, influenced by sports performance and the science of strength conditioning, provides its members and guests with a life-enriching community where they can sweat, enhance, and recover in a positive and welcoming environment. Designed by Frossard Fernandez Design, the new 1212 Miami Beach location will feature a 70-ft glass skylit atrium that will infuse natural light into the space’s interior. The facility will be equipped with state-of-the-art cardio and strength training equipment, Concept2 machines, and a specialized lower body training section featuring a selection of specialty machines targeting glute development. The new venue will offer expanded group fitness offerings, including Training Camp, Limitless, HardCORE, Booty Blast, The Gun Show, Metabolic Meltdown, and Yoga, as well as a dedicated WeRideTM indoor cycling studio. The location’s open-air outdoor workout area will be equipped with free weights and cardio machines and feature fitness classes and programming, complete with a dedicated track area designed for sprinting.

Designed to enhance members’ fitness levels, the club will provide access to Anatomy’s personal training system, led by expertly trained Body Architects. Furthermore, within the facility, you’ll find ‘The Sanctuary’ – an integral part of Anatomy’s identity – offering advanced recovery and revitalization services that include multiple hot and cold plunges, an infrared sauna infused with Himalayan salt therapy, and a soothing eucalyptus steam room. Moreover, members will have the opportunity to utilize cutting-edge assessment tools such as In-Body Testing and vo2max, which provide insights into metabolic rate and biological age. A VitaSquad Vitamin IV Lounge will also be offered, accompanied by an expanded retail section, pre and post-workout lounge areas where guests can unwind, take calls, get some work done, and easily accessible on-site parking that will be complimentary for a duration of 2 hours.

“We are thrilled to partner with Anatomy on its new Miami Beach flagship location,” said Marisa Galbut, Commercial Director at Crescent Heights. “Anatomy is a market leader and delivers an innovative approach to fitness and wellness. This is a true example of collaboration and space creation for the growth and development of our community.”
