Recent coverage in The Palm Beach Post said the 5,500 square-foot space, formerly occupied by Shipwreck Bar & Grille will comprise three dining areas, two cocktail bars, and a second-story area with a view of the Jupiter Lighthouse.

The menu, spearheaded by Tim Nickey, will incorporate flavors from East and Southeast Asia. A few dishes mentioned in the Palm Beach Post coverage include, “salmon with everything bagel Rangoon bites…, sweet-sour pork with dragon fruit, Shanghai soup dumplings,” and more. To drink: a sizable sake collection, wine, and “modernized cocktails.”

The location is situated between N Old Dixie Hwy and US Hwy 1, near eateries like Lighthouse Diner, Lynora’s, and PapiChulo Tacos (the latter being a project from the same culinary team launching Blackbird).

What Now reached out to Chef Tim Nickey on Wednesday. Nickey was not immediately available for comment.
