West Palm Beach mixed-use district NORA is expected to enter its first phase later this year. As progress on the $1 billion development continues, NORA recently announced a second round of upcoming restaurant tenants. Among these, says recent coverage in the South Florida Business Journal, is Celis Juice Bar & Cafe, which will launch a new location in the district at the beginning of 2025.
It will be the third location for the juice bar brand, which was founded in 2015.
“Our mission is to make your life easier when it comes to making healthier choices for you and your family! With two locations offering juices, smoothies, acai bowls and great breakfast and lunch options, Celis has made healthy choices more accessible in West Palm Beach,” says the Celis Juice Bar website. “We have been involved with produce our entire lives with our father being a wholesale produce distributor since 1990 and felt this was the perfect direction to take as we became more conscious of health and wellness.”
Celis Juice Bar’s menus have featured Acai Bowls like the Cacao Bowl (Acai sorbet, peanut butter, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, hemp/flax granola, honey, banana, strawberry, blueberry), Smoothies like the Dirty Funk (Almond milk, dates, raw cacao, banana, peanut butter, espresso grounds), and Pressed Juices in varieties like Unbeetable (Beet root, carrot, orange, ginger, turmeric, apple).
On the food side are a selection of breakfast offerings like the Egg Sammy W/ Avo and The Phil breakfast burrito (Tortilla, egg whites, feta cheese, smashed avocado, spinach). There are sandwiches like the Brie Grilled Cheese, the Avocado Melt, and the Dijon Chicken Sammy, along with a Feta Cheese & Pear Salad.
The name of the game at NORA will be variety, with a “little bit of everything,” Francis X. Scire, head of leasing at NORA, told the South Florida Business Journal.
