Chef Elia, who hails from Salerno, Italy, established Casa D’Angelo with his wife Denise in 1998. Since their beginnings in Fort Lauderdale, the couple has grown the concept to reach Aventura, Boca Raton and more.

Now, Chef Elia is in the early stages of planting a new location of the concept in Coconut Grove, Miami. Still in the leasing phases, Chef Elia doesn’t have a specific location to share as of now. However, that may soon change as he reports being very close to finalizing on a unit.

The plan is to open the door of his sixth location sometime around October, if all goes according to plan. The push to open a sixth unit is part of Chef Elia’s broader plan to eventually bring the brand’s presence to ten locations throughout south Florida.
