Recently submitted plan review paperwork shows Ella Cafe opening at 3890 Davie Rd #164. Ella Cafe Director of Operations Zack Foley told What Now that the Davie location has finished construction and is waiting on inspections.

“It’s about 1400 square feet, so it’s slightly larger than the Plantation store,” said Foley. The Davie location is expected to seat about 35.

In addition to the Ella Cafe in Davie, Foley said another location is currently under construction in Coral Springs, with an opening expected in Q1 or Q2 2024.

“Our mission is to provide an unparalleled coffee and food experience,” says the Ella website. “To achieve this we only use responsibly sourced, fresh ground coffee, made-in-house syrups, and the highest quality ingredients in our preparation.”

Ella’s drink menu includes classic espresso-based coffee beverages, along with Chai and cold brew. On the food side is a selection of sandwiches like the American (Baguette, Pesto, American Cheese, Bacon, Tomato) and Greek and Caprese salads, plus various pastries, muffins, and other baked goods.

Foley said that franchising is also underway for Ella Cafe, so stay tuned for more Ella-related news, and follow @ellacoffeehouseplantation, @ellacoffeehousedavie, and @ellacoffeehousecoralsprings on Instagram to keep up with Ella’s upcoming openings.
