“At the heart of Emmy Squared is the spirit of community, and we are thrilled and honored to introduce our welcoming restaurant to Fort Lauderdale, the brand’s very first home in the beautiful Sunshine State,” says Howard Greenstone, Chief Executive Officer of Emmy Squared Pizza in a statement. “The newest location in Fort Lauderdale perfectly blends our Brooklyn roots with the coastal vibe of the city, and our unique menu offerings perfectly reflecting the spirit of South Florida.”

Known for using artisanal and locally sourced ingredients, Emmy Squared’s unique signature Detroit-style pizza features a square shape, fluffy focaccia-like dough, and cheesy “frico” crust. Featuring high quality and unique toppings, each pizza is cooked in custom-made metal trays dating back to the Motor City itself. The pizza is edged with caramelized, crispy cheese, followed by two “racing” sauce stripes, creating a airy and crisp texture.

Emmy Squared pizzas include the Colony with red sauce, ezzo pepperoni, pickled jalapeños; MVP (Most Valuable Pesto) with house made vodka sauce, red sauce, garlic parsley pesto, and sesame seed crust; and the signature famed burger, Le Big Matt, served on a pretzel bun with American cheese, special Sammy sauce, greens, and pickles. Other menu items include salads, hearty sandwiches, as well as gluten free and vegan options.

With 25 locations throughout the United States, Emmy Squared Pizza has expanded across New York City, Washington, DC, Nashville, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Alexandria, Louisville, Charlotte, Birmingham, Athens, Westport – and now, Fort Lauderdale.

Emmy Squared Pizza is located at 468 N. Federal Hwy, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33301.
