Guaca Go Looks to Be Headed to Delray Beach

That would make three locations for the growing local brand for the avocado-obsessed

Founded as a catering company by Carson Bennett and Amber Benjamin in 2016, Guaca Go launched its first restaurant in 2020 in Boynton Beach and its second in West Palm Beach this past January. The local brand appears not to be skipping a beat with its expansion: a recently submitted plan review indicates the brand’s next stop is Delray Beach. Signs point to a third Gauca Go opening at 5064 W Atlantic Ave.

The Guaca Go menu features a variety of guac delivery systems: you can Dip It (with tortilla chips or veggie sticks), Wrap It (in a flour tortilla with rice and greens) or Bowl It (with rice, greens, or both). Signature wraps include the OG, with cilantro, garlic, black beans, onion, bell pepper, and jalapeño, and the Sweet & Spicy, with pineapple, jalapeño, cilantro, onion, bell pepper and tomato. You can also invent your own, choosing from proteins like pork, shrimp, tuna, and plant-based options, and topping your creation with homemade sauces like Creamy Cilantro Lime.

“If you’re looking for a restaurant with an original food concept that provides a fast, yet healthy dining experience, come in for lunch or dinner and get your guac on!” says the Guaca Go website.

What Now reached out to Amber Benjamin on Thursday to inquire about plans for a Delray Beach Guaca Go. Benjamin was not immediately available for comment.
