What Now spoke with Green Park VP & COO Robert Guarini about the upcoming hotel on Thursday. In addition to the amenities already mentioned, Guarini said the hotel’s 13th floor will feature a 1,000-square-foot fitness center.

On the food and drink side, the hotel’s lobby will feature a WXYZ Bar and restaurant that will be familiar to anyone who has stayed at one of Aloft’s many hotels.

“The fourteenth floor is a rooftop with its own covered, eight-seat bar, plus another fourteen seats,” said Guarini. “There’s also a pool area on the roof with views of Downtown Fort Lauderdale.”

To top it off, the hotel will offer valet parking and shuttle service to both the airport and Downtown areas.
