Kaluz’s menus feature a wide variety of dishes centering largely on seafood. The dinner menu at the Fort Lauderdale Kaluz opens with appetizers like Brussels Sprouts topped with garlic parmesan aioli, bacon, and scallions; Tomato Mozzarella served with a balsamic reduction, julienne basil, and basil-infused olive oil; and Sweet Ginger Calamari with a chili-ginger beer glaze, cilantro, and garlic aioli.

There follow selections of flatbreads and salads, and then a list of entrees. These include Kaluz Chilean Seabass (Hardwood Grilled, Sundried Tomatoes, Artichoke Hearts, Lemon Beurre Blanc, Asparagus), Scallops Pomegranate (Pan Seared, Mango Compote, Pomegranate Reduction, Chilled Quinoa Medley), and Filet Kabob (Hawaiian-Marinated Beef Tenderloin, Assorted Vegetables, Soy-Ginger Glaze, Wild rice).

It is not yet known what developments could be expected in the brand’s menu at a Pembroke Pines location. The Pines Boulevard location appears to be part of a retail center situated between Southwest 108th and 106th Avenues, which is home to restaurants like Chuy’s, McAlister’s Deli, and Mister 01 Extraordinary Pizza.

A representative of Kaluz Restaurants declined to comment on news of a Pembroke Pines opening on Monday.
