Founded in 2018 by Craig Avera and Rose White, South Florida-born coffee shop chain Cali Coffee has already grown to three locations—in Hollywood, Cooper City, and Pembroke Pines—and is opening its fourth in Miramar this month. And that’s not all the chain has in store: 3 more South Florida locations are planned for 2023 alone.

Cali’s menu is both streamlined and long on flavor choices. If you come for coffee, you’ll choose between Iced, Hot, and Frozen, and you can further customize your drink as a Breve with a white milk base or a Mocha with a chocolate milk base. Breves come in flavors like Banana Nut, Fluffernutter, and Phantom (i.e. Irish cream), and Mochas in flavors like Avalanche (white chocolate) and Nirvana (hazelnut).

In addition, Cali offers a selection of fruity drinks made with Hero Energy, Tea, or Soda, plus a selection of Milkshakes in flavors like Banana Foster, Birthday Cake, and Cookies N Cream. If you’re looking for something a little simpler, you’ll still find familiar espresso and chai drinks.

The locations planned for South Florida in 2023 are as follows:

  • Miramar – Opening in January at 2151 S Hiatus Rd, Pembroke Pines
  • The Shoppes at Monterra Commons – Opening Mid-2023 at 3300-3900 N University Dr, Hollywood
  • The Marketplace at Hillsboro – Opening late 2023 at 4201-4589 Hillsboro Blvd, Coconut Creek
  • North Lauderdale – Opening Mid-2023 on North State Road 7
