A menu posted on the website opens with appetizers like Fresh Edamame and Gyozas with pork or shrimp, leading into Specials like Rice Porcini and Truffle, Chilean Sea Bass Fish Coconut (Coconut and ginger sauces with wok vegetables), and Salmon Unagi Sauce (Grilled salmon, sesame seeds, unagi sauce with mixed greens, topping avocado mousse).

Sushi rolls include the Salmon Roll (Salmon, avocado, cream cheese, cucumber, tobiko, and sesame seeds, no algae, rolled with cucumber) and Rolls Magna Sushi (Salmon, cream cheese, quinoa, cucumber with truffle, topping truffle mayo).

What Now reached out to co-owner Adriano Magnani to ask about plans for the Magna Sushi opening. Magnani was not immediately available for comment.
