Just down the street from its Lake Worth brewery on the corner of S H Street and Second Avenue South, Mathews Brewing Company is planning on opening a new restaurant. The company announced plans for Mathews Brewing Company Scratch Kitchen in a Facebook post last month.
“This will be a complete buildout,” reads the post, published on November 2. “We will be furnishing it with top of the line cooking and pizza equipment. We are currently in the design phase and equipment purchase phase of the project.”
Mathews Brewing Company Scratch Kitchen appears poised to serve a variety of pizzas, tacos, and craft beers, and it is expected to debut in Q2 or Q3 of 2023. It will open at 125 S Dixie Highway in Lake Worth Beach.
What Now reached out to owner and beer wiz Dave Mathews on Wednesday. Mathews confirmed the name of the project but was not immediately available for further comment.
