Opening at Esplanade at Aventura: STK Steakhouse

“Miami Beach’s favorite steakhouse” is growing its South Florida footprint

With two locations in operation in Florida, popular vibey steakhouse chain STK is preparing to launch its second outpost in South Florida. The steakhouse, which “aims to define the modern dining experience complete with incredible food, world-class service and the perfect ambiance,” will open in the growing Esplanade at Aventura shopping mall.

“STK, Miami Beach’s favorite steakhouse, is bringing its unique concept that artfully blends the modern steakhouse with a chic lounge and implements a ‘vibe-driven’ approach, to Esplanade at Aventura, the new design-forward unparalleled open-air destination for shopping, dining and entertainment in the City of Aventura this summer,” said a representative for the brand.

The South Beach location’s dinner menu features entrées like Maple Rubbed Salmon with pickled cherry tomatoes, piquillo broccolini, and olive dressing, and Maine Lobster Linguine with tomato, lemon, garlic, creamy lobster sauce, and parmesan. The menu’s broad selection of steaks includes a 14-o.z. New York Strip, a 34-o.z. Dry-Aged Tomahawk, and wagyu selections like the Japanese A5 Strip.

The cutting-edge steakhouse brand has 24 locations in the US, along with nine international locations in cities like Doha, London, and Milan. Behind it is The One Group, which also runs Kona Grill, “America’s Favorite Grill.”

What Now reached to One Group CEO Manny Hilario on Tuesday to inquire about plans for the Esplanade at Aventura location. Hilario was not immediately available for comment.
