“Papamigos is your new favorite dining destination,” reads the About page on the Papamigos website. “Serving tacos, tequila and sushi with live music, relax and recline with your favorite tequila or craft beer in our taqueria and raw bar. Dine on your favorite seafood and unique Asian Mexican fusion fare.”

The Coconut Creek location’s menu opens with taco and burrito varieties like the Irie (Slow Cooked Citrus Marinated Pulled Pork, Cilantro/Onion, Queso Fresco, Avocado, Chipotle Mayo) and the ever-popular birria. The Raw Bar features Mexican Ceviche, Papamigos Tuna Tartare, and Oysters on the Half Shell, while house Sushi Rolls include a Rainbow Roll and the Camacho Roll (Shrimp Tempura, Spicy Mayo, Sriracha, Topped with Hot Queso Pico).

Opening in South Delray Shopping Center, the second Papamigos brick-and-mortar will join a roster of eateries that includes Sushi Thai Fusion, Grelma Bakery, and Purple Lotus Kava Bar.
